Unable to make her mark in Bollywood, Rinke Khanna, the bubbly sister of Twinkle Khanna, is trying her luck in Tamil cinema.

Yes, Rinke has already started working on her maiden project in Kollywood. her debut Tamil film is titled "Majunu". Handsome lad Prashanth, currently the busiest star in south with three films due for release in the offing, plays her male co-star in the film.

"Majunu", which is reported to be a love story with a dash of breath-taking thrills, is directed by Maharajan and has music by Harris Jayaraj. Famous lyricist Vairamuthu has penned the songs.

Lara Dutta, last year's Miss Universe, released the film's music album recently in a special do held in Chennai. The film is progressing apace and expected to hit the turnstiles by September.

Rinke says what prompted her to move to Kollywood is "the discipline and punctuality of the people down south". The petite Khanna girl has failed to taste success in Bollywood, since her lackluster debut in candy floss romantic caper "Pyar Mein Kabhi Kabhi". Lets hope she succeeds in catching the movie buffs' fancy down south. Good luck Rinke.
