Poor Rambha must be cursing the day she decided to produce a film. Well, the southern siren can be excused for wanting to pull out her hair in desperation.
It has not been smooth-sailing at all for the hapless Rambha. The path to the making of her film Three Roses has been strewn with thorns.
What is bugging her the most is the showdown during a recent shooting schedule between the heroines of the film, Jyothika and Laila.
A snide remark reportedly made by Jyothika against Laila saw the latter throwing a mighty tantrum. In the verbal duel that followed, Laila is said to have abused Jyothika in choicest Mumbai ‘gaalis’.
The situation became serious enough warranting an intervention from Rambha. Grapevine has it that it was with great difficulty she stopped her catty heroines, who had literally bared their claws.
Peace was restored only when Rambha literally requested Jyothika not to provoke Laila with ‘bitchy’ comments.
No wonder, Rambha is wringing her hands in despair. For, at stake is the future of her film.
