Imran Khan takes care of Anushka Sharma’s phobia
We all have some phobia or the other, and Anushka Sharma is no different! The gorgeous actress has a fear of bike rides! She freaked out while filming a scene for Matru Ki Bijlee Ka Mandola, where she sat pillion on a bike ridden by Imran Khan.
Well, Anushka Sharma panicked and started shouting when Imran Khan went full throttle! At first, all the crew members thought that she was joking! After all, we all remember the scene where she takes Shahrukh Khan for a bike ride in Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi, don’t we?
However, after having a good half-hour chat with her over coffee, Imran Khan realised that Anushka was not kidding and she indeed had a phobia of bike rides! Nevertheless, being a professional actor, Anushka went for a re-shoot after some time!
Apart from assuring Anushka that he won’t let her fall off the bike, this time Imran Khan drove his bike at a considerably lesser speed, and speeded it up only when required! Thus, the shot was filmed smoothly!
Anyhow, we wonder what’ll happen to Anushka if she is cast in the Dhoom franchise! Lady, you’re Yash Raj Films’ blue-eyed actress, get over this phobia ASAP! Wink.
Anushka Sharma turns a psycho chick!
Don’t we love it when Anushka Sharma plays a feisty spitfire? Now, she’s going a step ahead and playing a psycho chick in director Vishal Bhardwaj’s next film.
The film is interestingly titled Matru Ki Biwi Ka Mann Dola (Matru’s wife’s mind wavered) and, according to Anushka the movie will be an out-and-out laugh riot that will have the audience rolling on the floor with laughter.
Anushka Sharma says she plays a psycho chick in the film. Cast opposite her in the lead role is not Ajay Devgan as previously planned, but Imran Khan.
This would be Imran Khan and Anushka’s first film together.
Though the title may have you believe that the film has a rustic setting, Anushka says it is urbane and is set against small towns and cities. The film will be shot in places like Rohtak, in Haryana.
For the present, Anushka Sharma is looking forward to the release of her next movie Ladies V/s Ricky Bahl on December 9. In the movie, she is paired with Ranveer Singh.
