In spite of not-so-good reviews and a dull opening, the movie has done business of approx Rs 1.75 crore in its second week and is expected to add Rs 1 crore by the end of this week. Rakta Charitra managed around Rs 1.50 crore approx over its second weekend while Mallika Sherawat’s film Hisss which is doing remarkably good in single theatres collected around Rs 1 crore approx. However, the reason for their better performance at the BO is absence of competition.
Coming to this Friday’s releases, all the three flicks Nakshatra, Daayen Ya Baayen, and Ek Maalik witnessed very poor opening. In fact, as per reports several shows of the films were cancelled at some theatres.
As the coming Friday is Diwali, theatres are hoping to get a jam-packed opening; Action Replayy and Golmaal 3 will hit the theatres.
