In the works: a Bbuddah sequel!
Director Puri Jagannath wants to make more ‘Bbuddah’ films with Big B

In the works: a <i>Bbuddah</i> sequel!
Director Puri Jagannath is very kicked by the response to Amitabh Bachchan’s character Viju in Bbuddah - Hoga Terra Baap. Now, he plans to turns the Bbuddah films into a franchise.

Even the critics who haven’t given flattering reviews of Bbuddah Hoga Terra Baap admit ungrudgingly that Amitabh Bachchan has never looked as flamboyant on big screen in a long time as he does in the film.

Spurred by the response, Jagannath now hopes to makes another film in the Bbuddah franchise with Amitabh Bachchan in the lead role yet again. Once again Sonu Sood will be cast as his son.

However, it remains to be seen if other actors like Sonal Chauhan, Charmi, Hema Malini and Raveena Tandon will find a place in the sequel.

Jagannath has confirmed that he’s already started working on the next Bbuddah film.
