Veena Malik’s father severs all ties with her over raunchy FHM shoot

Veena Malik’s father disowns her
Nothing seems to be going right for the Pakistani model-actress Veena Malik these days. In the thick of the controversy over her alleged nude image on the cover of FHM India, Veena Malik has now been disowned by her father.

Veena Malik’s father Malik Mohammad Aslam is quoted as saying by the UK’s Mirror: “I have disowned her...I have severed all ties with her and I don't want her to have any share in whatever meagre assets I have until she is cleared of the controversy and pledges not to visit India again.”

Veena Malik’s father is a retired soldier and aged 56. He says that if his daughter is found guilty of having posed nude, then she should be punished.

“I can ignore if she disobeys me but I cannot tolerate anything against my country and my faith,” he added.

In her defence, Veena Malik, presently based in Mumbai, has claimed that her photos on FHM are morphed. She has even filed a lawsuit against FHM and is demanding Rs. 10 crore as damages.

FHM, however, claims that the images are not morphed and they have the video evidence of the shoot as well.
