Watch: Song ‘Maara Re’ from 'Ferrari Ki Sawaari'

A blitz of sixes on the cricket field from a new little master in the making is to be seen in the song ‘Maara Re’ from Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s upcoming film Ferrari Ki Sawaari, starring Sharman Joshi in the lead role.

Composed by Pritam, the song is a rip-roaring number that has Sharman Joshi spit-and-polishing a Ferrari while his son slogs to learn the ropes of batting. We see the little master whack the ball across ropes for sixes and fours, as he moves up from junior level tournaments to more competitive contests.

In the movie Ferrari Ki Sawaari, Sharman’s son idolizes Sachin Tendulkar and wants to be as great a batsman. He also desires a ride in a Ferrari. To fulfil his boy’s wish, Sharman steals a Ferrari for an hour and what happens thereafter forms the crux of the story.

Apparently, the film will also have a cameo by Sachin Tendulkar. But rest assured it’s the blazing knocks on the cricket field by the young actor that are going to give you goose bumps.

Going by the electric mood of the song, we won’t be surprised if it’s played in the last leg of IPL when the likes of Sehwag or Gayle are on song.
