Bollywood starlet Laila Khan shot dead
Pakistani-origin Bollywood starlet Laila Khan, who made her debut in the Rajesh Khanna-starrer Wafa in 2008, has been declared by Jammu and Kashmir police as shot dead.

According to reports, the revelation of Laila Khan’s death came during the interrogation of one Parvej Tak who was arrested a few weeks back in Jammu for having terror links. Parvej is allegedly a family friend of Laila.

Following Tak’s interrogation, it has surfaced that Laila Khan was killed along with her entire family by three men outside Mumbai, police said. The killing was allegedly done over a property dispute.

Even as Tak is in the custody of Jammu and Kashmir police, the Mumbai police has booked him for kidnapping Laila Khan and her family.

According to a complaint filed with Mumbai police by Laila Khan’s father, the starlet along with her mother, elder sister, twin siblings, and a relative, were allegedly kidnapped by Tak and another accused from her flat in suburban Oshiwara last year.
