On Christmas Eve, Kareena Kapoor was seen attending the Midnight Mass at St. Andrew Church along with elder sister Karisma Kapoor, her daughter Samaira and son Kiaan. Also spotted were the sisters Malaika Arora and Amrita Arora.
Kareena Kapoor, who hails from a Punjabi family and has a Muslim husband, stepped out to celebrate the Christian festival along with her sister. Bebo has been full of smiles ever since her marriage to Saif Ali Khan in October, and that verve was to be seen on her outing to the church as well. Dressed in a shimmery creamish top and denims, Kareena smiled at the paparazzi as she walked to attend the Mass.
Sisters Malaika Arora and Amrita Arora also celebrate Christmas very fondly every year; they have a Christian mom and both the sisters are married to Muslims. That speaks a lot for the secularity in Bollywood families.
Meanwhile, we hear that Kareena Kapoor has been offered a whopping Rs. 2 crore for a New Year’s Eve performance, but the actress is not biting the bait.
According to a source, “Since Kareena is now royalty (after her marriage to Saif), she is very picky about her future professional commitments, particularly on-stage performances.”
