Fans in Tamil Nadu give their thumbs-up to Kamal Haasan’s 'Vishwaroopam'

Watch: Audience reaction to 'Vishwaroopam' in Tamil Nadu
Kamal Haasan’s controversy-ridden film Vishwaroopam has got positive reactions from the fans in Tamil Nadu.

The film hit theatres in Tamil Nadu today and has been greeted with packed houses at many centres.

“It’s a film very well shot and it also appeals to all sections of audience…you watch the film once, you come out very happy, but if you watch it again and again, you will understand the subtleties. That’s the genius of Kamal Haasan,” said one fan.

In fact, the fans had begun to throng the theatres since 6 am in the morning on Thursday. There is a reaction from one such fan as well in the video below:



Vishwaroopam is doing brisk business on its opening day in Tamil Nadu. The advance booking for the film has been very well and the tickets are sold out for the entire weekend at many centres.

Coming after a huge controversy that caused losses to Kamal Haasan, the hearty response of the fans would certainly bring the much needed cheer to the cine legend.
