His ardent fans were disappointed to know that none of his films are coming this year. Now they can’t wait for Mental which will be Salman Khan’s first release next year. Director Sohail Khan is confident that the movie will be a big winner at the BO.
Though Sohail started his career as a director, he moved on to acting, and even did a couple of films with his brothers Arbaaz Khan and Salman Khan. Now as he is back to direction, he has pinned all his hopes on Mental aka Jai Ho. It’s learnt that the director has already started bragging about the film, which he is even producing.
Sohail Khan was present at a recently held bash at a plush club, and while interacting with his friends, he apparently kept telling them that Mental will be a bigger hit than Shahrukh Khan’s Chennai Express. Mental will release on Republic Day next year, and Sohail seems quite confident that his film too will break quite a few records like Chennai Express did recently at the BO.
Sources claim that Sohail has every reason to feel proud of his movie and he is extremely happy with the way Mental has shaped up. “He is particularly excited about the dance numbers. He believes the album will be a chartbuster,” a source tells a daily.
The director is also sure that his movie will prove to be a grand hit for Salman Khan as well. According to him, the movie will be Salman’s biggest blockbuster, outshining his Dabangg in terms of box office collections.
Mental has two new faces romancing Salman. South sirens Sana Khan and Daisy Shah are Sallu’s leading ladies in the film, and the storyline of the movie is kept strictly under wraps.
