Alia Bhatt breaks down while watching ‘Citylights’

Actress Alia Bhatt was overwhelmed with emotion while watching Hansal Mehta’s latest film Citylights, due to hit theatres on May 30.
Citylights is being presented by Mahesh Bhatt and Mukesh Bhatt. A special screening of the film was held recently and watching the film turned out to be memorable experience for Alia Bhatt.
“After 'Highway', I always used to see if people have tears in their eyes. Then I think that the movie is a hit. I came out of the theatre (screening 'Citylights') crying, so the director was very happy,” Alia Bhatt said in a statement.
The Highway and 2 States starlet who’s an actress in her own right, is all the praise for the work done by the National Award winning Rajkummar Rao and his leading lady Patralekha in Citylights.
"After watching the film, I was speechless. It was outstanding. We already have a national award winner, Rajkummar Rao in the film. But Patralekha... this is her debut film and she has acted so well which I don't think I can ever touch upon," Alia said.
