The corrigible flirt of Bachna Ae Haseeno was a bundle of nerves cozying up with Kashmira Shah in a scene for Karan Johar’s production ‘Wake Up Sid’.
The movie has Ranbir Kapoor playing an innocent guy and Kashmira playing his sexy neigbour who wants to seduce him. The scene that was being shot had Kashmira dressed provocatively.
Normally, Kashmira is pretty cool while shooting intimate scenes, but for this scene she kept giggling endlessly. And Ranbir was visibly uncomfortable.
Reports say Ranbir was not able to focus and kept fluffing repeatedly. Every time Ranbir would fluff, director Ayaan Mukherjee would call ‘cut’ and go for a retake.
Kashmira wasn’t apparently peeved by Ranbir’s goofiness but was rather amused. Perhaps that’s what made her gigglier.
The shot was eventually okayed after many retakes.
‘Wake Up Sid’ is a Mumbai-based romance about a young guy who falls for a maturer woman (played by Konkona Sen Sharma).
