Well, many of his female fans just might faint thinking about it. But Shahid Kapoor is ready to slip into the skin and hair of his character by growing a beard for his father Pankaj Kapoor’s film ‘Mausam’.
As per reports, the actor doesn’t want to sport a fake beard. Shahid plays a fighter pilot in the film and later his character goes through a trauma that leads to depression. So, nothing works better than a grown beard to show a gloomy look.
Shahid wasn’t clean-shaven in the film Kaminey too, but it was stubble. Sources claim that this time the chocolate pup will have full grown beard like that of Ranbir Kapoor in the film ‘Rocket Singh’.
Confirming this news, producer Boney Kapoor tells a tabloid, “Shahid is growing a beard for his dad’s film. He asked me to finish shooting the music video ‘Sab Kuch Khatam’ for Milenge Milenge by March, as he will start shooting for his dad's film in April.”
