You just need to see them together to know how strong love is between Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan. But it was more than evident on the sets of Mani Ratnam’s film Raavan when Abhishek decided to carry Ash in his arms to a wooden bridge that was built for the climactic battle between Abhi and Vikram.

To shoot the scene three different sized bridges were built between two mountains near Malshej Ghat in Maharashtra. Since the cast and crew had to wade through swampy area full of crabs and snakes, Abhishek decided to carry his dear wifey in his arms.

He lifted her and carried her all the way to the shooting spot on the bridge.

Needless to say, Ash was all giggles, while the onlookers got a glimpse of love between the star couple.

Directed by Mani Ratnam, Raavan is set to release on June 18.
