Aishwarya Rai does it for Paa

The Bachchans are banking on Paa to revive their once-bankrupt home production AB Corp Ltd. And their beautiful bahu Aishwarya Rai is taking more than keen interest in the film’s promotion.

The film starring Amitabh Bachchan as the progeric son of Abhishek Bachchan has already tickled much curiosity because of its unusual theme and casting. It might hit the bull’s eye at box office if promoted properly. This fact isn’t amiss on Aishwarya who has rolled up her sleeves and has gotten busy with the film’s marketing and promotion.

Though she’s not a part of the film, Ash is learnt to be guiding a team of professionals busy is chalking out the promotion strategy. She’s coming up with unique suggestions to help the film grab the attention of masses before its release on December 4.

“Aishwarya has ideated some thematic events which will add to the excitement of the film. We will be holding those events nearer to the release of the film,” the film’s director R Balki recently told a tabloid.

Not just Ash, even Jaya Bachchan has become part of the film now. She will introduce the characters of Amitabh and Abhishek at the start of the film. Normally, the actors are introduced through opening credits, but this unique idea is likely to click with the sated audience looking for something fresh from Bollywood.

Well, ‘Paa’ is truly turning out to be a ghar ki film for the Bachchans.
