Who’s clever?
Just like two swords can’t stay in the same scabbard, two conmen can’t stay in the same town. They are competition for each other and one must outsmart and outcast the other in order to survive.

Sanjay Dutt and Ajay Devgan play two such competing conmen in director David Dhawan’s comedy film Rascals. The film also stars Kangana Ranaut, Lisa Haydon, Arjun Rampal, Satish Kaushik, Chunky Pandey and Hiten Paintal.

Rascals is co-produced by Sanjay Dutt. It is a comedy about two conmen trying to woo a girl who is very rich. While one of the conmen pretends he is running a charity, the other impersonates as a blind man who has sacrificed his eyesight in the service for his country.
