Pretty Sonam Kapoor flaunts her feline side

Simply wow, Sonam!
She is more than a mere film star. Sonam Kapoor has hit the Indian fashion scene big time, continuing to make news with her impeccable style sense. What she dons and does, we do notice! And this weekend she gave us two hot looks - one was quite flirty and feminine while other look was dark and sassy.
For the welcome bash for Tom Cruise thrown by her father Anil Kapoor, Sonam donned a red faille full-skirted party dress that kept slipping off her shoulders. The dress was from the renowned international designer Prabal Gurung's fall collection.
As many fashion buffs say that no one else but Sonam can carry off well a Prabal Gurung creation, we also liked the actress in this flirty number which was inspired by Miss Hisham from the Thomas Hardy’s novel Great Expectations. But instead of adding some edge, Sonam was styled to look softer yet seductive which was also a contrast from what was shown on the runway (check the next page).

On Sunday, the actress seems to be in upbeat mood. Her dress in brazen brass by the designer duo Alpana & Neeraj for the special screening of Mission: Impossible - Ghost Protocol indeed made her look hot, but she could have used a belt to do away with not-so-flattering flow of the dress. However, the make-up and hairdo was spot on. We wish Sonam to occasionally flaunt her feline side.
