Indian beauties never took fancy to the high-end fashion brands until now. A few days back it was Sonakshi Sinha walking around in Paris, romancing fashion Louis Vuitton style. And now we couldn’t believe our eyes to see Sonam Kapoor and Freida Pinto attending the Chanel Paris-Bombay show, wearing, obviously, Chanel. The Parisian nip has always been a great source of inspiration for fashion-conscious people and Indian starlets are no different.

Freida Pinto’s public appearances garner a lot of media attention, and the same goes for Sonam Kapoor. Both are considered fashion’s favourite children, so how can they get it wrong! For Chanel Paris-Bombay show, Sonam and Freida went for the Chanel couture collection. Yes, the costumes were a romantic affair. We loved blue on Freida and white on Sonam. But the question is who fared better? Well, if the make-up is concerned then Freida Pinto. Her overall look was fabulous and so typical of Freida. Gorgeous, simple, yet very sensuous!

Sonam wins on the dress part, for the way she carried the glamorous not-for-everyone costume and looked like a beautifully adorned swan. Her jewellery for the evening was strictly traditional and gelled well with the entire look. Some even pointed out that she is channeling her inner Frida Kahlo with the necklace and the eye brows.
