Aishwarya's godh bharai
Aishwarya Rai's baby shower pictures are out! Like her first godh bharai at Jalsa, her second godh bharai conducted by her mom Vrinda Rai in traditional Mangalorean Bunt style was also very exclusive. Naturally, any pictures of pregnant Aishwarya from the events were out of question. Though media was able to click the ladies who arrived for godh bharai at Jalsa, there were no images available from the actress’ second godh bharai held at a Bandra hotel.
Now a set of images from Aishwarya’s second godh bharai ceremony has started doing the rounds of internet. Aishwarya Rai’s ethereal look and glowing face is not to be missed in these images. Also catch Abhishek Bachchan, Amitabh Bachchan and Jaya Bachchan from the event. Both Ash and Abhi are seen in green attires.
Though Beti B has arrived, buzz surrounding Aishwarya Rai and her pregnancy hasn’t fizzled out yet. These recently released baby shower images of Aishwarya are rage online.
According to Mangalorean tradition, a mother hosts a godh bharai for her daughter, known as baike at her home. Ash’s mom Vrinda Rai took special care of the entire event and kept it simple. So from decoration to delicacies everything was typically South Indian. Though the event was a very private affair, apart from the Bachchans and the Rais, Aishwarya Rai’s favourite directors Mani Ratnam, Ashutosh Gowariker and Sanjay Leela Bhansali were also part of this event which happened in October.
