An overt display of sexuality is not something Kareena Kapoor has ever indulged in on screen even when she plays a wanton character like that of a harlot.

The Aamir Khan-starrer Talaash apparently has Kareena Kapoor playing a streetwalker who solicits customers at Mumbai’s red light area. She unwittingly becomes a pivot in a criminal case that a top cop (Aamir) is working on. Her character Rosy is given to expected coquettishness and sensuality that never borders on the vulgar.

Going by the stills and videos of Talaash that have come out, Kareena Kapoor is a subtle seductress, with just the right amount of skinshow to send the oglers’ imagination into overdrive. And the visible fact that she’s no longer size zero and has regained her curves only adds to the character’s sexuality.

Even the cop (Aamir Khan) isn’t spared of her seduction. She lures him and he, whether for real or feigning to winkle out some secrets from Rosy, all but succumbs to the temptation.

Talaash has Rani Mukerji playing Aamir Khan’s wife. In one scene in the trailer, she questions her cop husband’s clandestine relationship with Rosy.
