Rani-Aditya’s clandestine romance |
Rani Mukerji has slammed every media report that links her with the producer-director Aditya Chopra. While the actress is constantly in a denial mode, we found some of her old images with Aditya Chopra doing the rounds of the internet.
Recently in an interview with a film magazine, she said, “Aditya Chopra is my friend”. Later, the rumours of her January wedding spread like wild fire, but soon, the actress rubbished the rumours, via a statement made through her spokesperson.
Amused by the hoopla surrounding her marriage, she even said, “it seems the entire nation wants me to get married”. Though Bollywood’s most secretive couple is hardly seen in the same frame, these images in which they are clicked together are bound to surprise you.
In one of these stills, Aditya is even snapped holding the hands of a much younger Rani. It’s been really long since the two have been dating, but they never actually admitted it on a public platform. However, in an interview with Simi Garewal, last year, the actress claimed to be “absolutely in love”, without divulging the name of the person.
Even during the beginning of this year, Aditya Chopra and Rani Mukerji were spotted together at the Mumbai airport, along with the Chopra family. They were returning after celebrating the New Year abroad.
Recently, after the demise of Yash Chopra, it’s learnt that Rani was always by Aditya’s side. During the final rituals, she was like a family with the Chopra clan.
