“Success is not final and failure never fatal.” The famous quote often reiterated by Shahrukh Khan reflects the superstar’s deep rooted belief in perseverance. His team Kolkata Knight Riders have had a mixed season in the third IPL tournament.
They’ve won some, lost some, giving the fans both moments of joy and dejection. SRK himself has not minced any words in expressing his disappointment and elation over his team’s performance. And he left no stone unturned to cheer up the Kolkata team. He got colleagues from film industry, Arjun Rampal, Sanjay Kapoor, Sherlyn Chopra, Sushmita Sen and Raveena Tandon, to root for KKR.
Though KKR is all but out of the race for the semis (they have a very faint chance of beating Mumbai by a very big margin to slip into the semis), Shahrukh Khan has said that he won’t disown the team, regardless of its performance.
