HOME | SCOOP!! & NEWS | HAPPENINGS Sonali Bendre gives birth to a son 12th Aug 2005  17.50 IST   Actress Sonali Bendre has become a mother with the birth of her son on Thursday. The actress is reported to have delivered a healthy seven-pound baby boy at Mumbai’s Breach Candy Hospital on Thursday evening. Beside her at the time of delivery was her husband, filmmaker Goldie Behl who made the movie Bas Itna Sa Khwab Hai . Reports say the delivery was a normal one and both Sonali and the baby were in good shape. Actor Abhishek Bachchan – a good friend of Goldie – was among the first visitors to congratulate Sonali and Goldie on their new journey into parenthood. Before her marriage, Sonali Bendre acted in a number of Bollywood films including Tera Mera Saath Rahe , Love You Hamesha and Sarfarosh .
