Led by Akshay Kumar , a number of Bollywood babes are headed to Hong Kong for a concert on Christmas Day.Conceptualized, produced and managed by Carving Dreams Live, the show titled ‘Chandni Chowk To Hong Kong’ will see performances by Bollywood actresses like Bipasha Basu , Priyanka Chopra , Amisha Patel , Riya Sen and Aarti Chabria . Also part of the troupe will be composer Himesh Reshammiya and Punjabi rapper Bohemia. The evening, to be held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre on December 25, will be hosted by Sajid Khan . 
Every performer has come up with individual concept for their acts. Since the show is in Hong Kong, there will also be a performance from the local artistes and entertainers. The finale of the evening would be a scintillating performance by Akshay Kumar. It would be the first foreign show by Carving Dreams and therefore every effort is being made to make the concert a glitzy, glossy affair. About the show’s unique title, the officials at Carving Dreams say it is inspired from Akshay’s forthcoming film Chandni Chowk To China which will release on January 16, 2009. |
