J.P. Dutta the filmmaker famous for his war dramas "Border" and "Refugee" is ready to embark on yet another celluloid venture with patriotic theme.
The film is titled "Tiger Hill", and not "Mission Vijay" as the buzz initially said, and will have a host of eleven stars including Sunil Shetty, Jackie Shroff, Akshaye Khanna and Ajay Devgan. The rest of the cast is yet to be finalized.
Of late Dutta has been interacting with the ministry of Defence and has already visited Leh and the Battlefront. This time he seemed to have moved beyond his fascination for the desert in Rajasthan and plans to shoot "Tiger Hill" in the heights of Leh and Ladakh. Although any queries regarding the film's subject has met with strong reticence from Dutta there is strong grapevine that he is making a film on Kargil war.
Dutta has said that this film "will be the mother" of all his projects so far. The only problem he says is that it has a huge canvas and to condense it all in just three hours is "quite a daunting task". He said everything is ready and he only has to take the final plunge.
