Her mesmerizing smile and charm melts the hardest of the hearts. A versatile actress and small screen anchor, she leaves behind a lasting impression.
His much-acclaimed acting talents has the nerve to take the shape of any role he chooses to don. Still reaping accolade for his astounding performance in his debut movie 'Dushman', he is now the man to be counted in the list of the best.
And, both decide to enter into nuptials.
Having undergone the rituals as per strict Hindu customs in a temple in his hometown (as directed by his guruji) on May 25th, Renuka Sahane and Ashutosh Rana's wedding is the third star marriage after Hrithik-Suzanne and Twinkle-Akshay. Not that one is caught unawares by the news as the two had been seeing a lot of each other for the last two and a half years.
After getting introduced at a screen test for a film, they kept in touch through phone and the day they decided to meet, the cupid had already struck.
Says Renuka," There is a risk involved in falling in love with a man on the phone but I am glad my judgement was not wrong." the lady in love says his intensity and lack of predictability swept her off her feet and Ashutosh feels the incredibly charming and deeply-rooted nature of his lady love compelled him to have her for life.
Says Renuka , " interestingly but, neither of us officially proposed as such. When we met we were very comfortable with each other. It was unwritten, unacknowledged."
Rushing back to Mumbai to resume work soon after the wedding, Renuka is now busy shooting for Sourabh Sengupta's serial 'Khamoshiyaan...Kab Tak'. Sounding quite excited about her character in the serial, she says, "I am really enjoying it. Sourabh is a pleasure to work with. Mainly because he not only directs the show but writes it too."
With popular television soap 'Kora Kagaz' coming to its fag end, resighting of Renuka in her intensity would be a real wedding treat to the viewers.
Ashutosh, meanwhile, is caught between two shooting shifts.
