Back in the reckoning after the success of Dil Chahta Hai, Akshaye Khanna is all set for an image revamp, by doing not one, but two negative roles.
The first film, where Akshaye has a role with shades of grey is Abbas Mustan’s Humraaz, which also stars Bobby Deol and Amisha Patel.
The second film is Aneez Bazmi’s Deewangee, which has music by Ismail Darbar and is slated to hit the theatres this year.
Seems like Akshaye is following his father’s footsteps in reverse gear, who started his career in Bollywood as a villain.
