Newcomer Zayed Khan’s debut film Chura Liya Hai Tumne was supposed to hit the theatres on Valentine’s Day. But release of the movie has now been postponed till the end of February.
Chura Liya Hai Tumne is a romantic drama about two lovers who overcome all odds to become life partners. The film, starring Sanjay Khan’s son Zayed and Esha Deol, was earlier timed to hit the marquee on February 14 to cash on the Valentine’s Day craze among the youngsters.
But post-production work of the film delayed the movie’s release by one week. And now it is learnt that producer Vivek Singhania of Pantaloon has decided to put off the movie release to February 28.
It is believed that Singhania was wary of the film’s release clashing with that of other important flicks including Raveena Tandon’s much-awaited ‘Stumped.’
Therefore, he decided to postpone the release of Chura Liya Hai Tumne so that the movie meets the least competition at the box-office when it hits the theatres.
