Producer Ektaa Kapoor has replaced actor Aftab Shivdasani with Sohail Khan for her next production, which is a horror film.
Grapevine has it that Aftab has been eased out of the yet-to-be-titled movie because Ektaa had some differences with the actor.
There was speculation that Ektaa’s brother Tusshar would take Aftab’s place in the movie, but Tusshar is already busy with his present Bollywood commitments.
So Ektaa has zeroed in on Sohail Khan who made a forgettable acting debut in Maine Dil Tujhko Diya.
Sohail’s co-stars in the horror movie would be Isha Koppikar and newcomer Natasha.
Santaram Varma will wield the megaphone for the film.
