Bollywood is abuzz with rumors that newcomer Tejaswini Kolhapure has walked out of director Manish Jha's film titled Matrabhumi.
Tejaswini’s entry into Bollywood has been riddled with many hurdles. First her debut film got stuck up with the censor board for certain objectionable scenes.
And now, after shooting for a mere single day for her next movie Matrabhumi, the actress left the project on the advice of her brother-in-law and film producer Tutu Sharma (Padmini Kolhapure’s husband).
Buzz has it that the film’s director was planning to shoot some scenes that required Tejaswini to expose. When the actress brought up the matter with her brother-in-law, she was advised to excuse herself from the project.
The film’s director is believed to have replaced Tejaswini with Tulip Joshi, who was earlier seen acting in Yash Chopra production’s Mere Yaar Ki Shaadi Hai.
