After playing an obsessed lover in Satish Kaushik’s Tere Naam, Salman Khan is gearing to play a similar role in filmmaker Saawan Kumar’s next movie.
Some filmmakers in Bollywood opine that Salman is a preferred choice to play the role of an obsessed lover because of the actor’s personality of an emotional and impulsive man.
According to Saawan Kumar, "Salman is a man of heart. He will go to great lengths once he commits to a relationship."
Perhaps that is why Saawan has signed Salman to play the leading role in his next movie, which will be his third film with the actor after Sanam Bewafa and Chaand Ka Tukda.
Speaking about the movie, Saawan says: "It's a present-day love story. It tells the story of a man who can go to extremes to win the love of his beloved."
Salman’s heroine in the film has yet to be finalized.
