Riding on the success of Kal Ho Na Ho , the King Khan seems to have no doubt that Main Hoon Na will set the cash registers ringing at the box-office. Not just because of Kal Ho Na Ho, but also because of the refreshing subject of Farah Khan ‘s directorial debut vehicle.
Much has been said about the film based on the Indo-Pak friendship having SRK in the lead role of an armyman forced to go back to school.
SRK is currently in USA for the shooting of Ashutosh Gowarikar ´s Swades. He is scheduled to come back only on May 5th.
Apart from shooting for Swades abroad, SRK will look after the release and publicity of Main Hoon Na there. After all, the film is the first release of his dear wife’s production ‘Red Chillies’.
