SCOOP!! & NEWS Bachchan in a film on migration of Indians to Mauritius 30th Aug 2004  16.49 IST By ApunKaChoice Bureau   Amitabh Bachchan is a friend of friends. So, when his family friend Romesh Sharma approached him with an offer to act in a movie, the superstar gladly gave him his consent. Romesh has plans to make a movie about the migration of Indians to Mauritius. The movie will mark the introduction of Romesh’s son in Bollywood. Although the subject of Romesh’s story may sound a bit offbeat, the film will at its core be a family story. Other starcast of the movie is yet to be finalized. Meanwhile, Bachchan is gearing up for a good number of projects that he has in his hands now. He has been shooting for Ravi Chopra’s Babul and is pretty much excited about Ram Gopal Verma ’s Sarkar in which he plays a character similar to what Marlon Brando played in ‘The Godfather’.
