SCOOP!! & NEWS ‘Balle Balle – Amritsar to LA’ 10th Sept 2004  15.11 IST By ApunKaChoice Bureau   Less than a month from now, Gurinder Chaddha’s much awaited film Bride and Prejudice will hit the screens worldwide. The dubbed Hindi version of the movie is titled ‘Balle Balle – Amritsar to LA’. Come October eight, the film starring Aishwarya Rai , Martin Hendersen and Namrata Shirodkar in the leading roles, will simultaneously hit the theatres in UK and India. The original movie has been made mostly in English, so Gurinder will release the dubbed Hindi-cum-Punjabi version ‘Balle Balle – Amritsar to LA’ for the Hindi-Punjabi speaking audience. It may be recalled that Chaddha's last film ‘Bend It Like Beckham’ was also released in a dubbed Hindi version titled as “Football Shutball Hai Rabba”. Incidentally, ‘Bride and Prejudice’ also has a remix version of a Punjabi song Balle Balle by Rishi Rich.
