‘Hot’ Mallika with ‘Garam’ Dharam!

‘Hot’ kitten Mallika Sherawat and everybody’s favorite ‘garam’ Dharmendra will be seen rubbing shoulders in a scandalous, sizzling and sidesplitting comedy titled Kis Kis Ki Kismat .

The movie, by Gautam Menon, will mark the coming together of two jaats on screen. While Dharmendra is well known as a full-bloodied jaat from Punjab, Mallika belongs to the same class from Haryana’s Rohtak.

In Kis Kis Ki Kismat, Dharmendra plays Mallika’s well-wisher, but their relationship is misconstrued by people. Mallika is misunderstood as Dharmendra’s mistress.

Dharmendra plays a rich stockbroker Hasmukh Mehta, who is known in the press as 'the bull of the Share Bazaar'. Although he is a very money-minded person, he doesn’t mind spending money on a young college going girl Meena (Mallika) whom he sees with tender love and affection of a fatherly figure.

But their relationship is misunderstood by people, who think that Hasmukh is keeping a young mistress and showering her with expensive gift. This misunderstanding leads to many comic situations until things really get complicated when Meena falls in love with Hasmukh’s son Harish.

Although Dharmendra has been associated with certain c-grade films for years, he made a comeback to Bollywood mainstream with recently released Hum Kaun Hai . But trade experts believe that it is Kis Kis Ki Kismat that will revive garam Dharam’s magic of yesteryears.
