Subhash Ghai’s forthcoming magnum opus Kisna is one of the most awaited movies in Bollywood currently. Plans are afoot to take the film to a great number of movie buffs worldwide when it releases on January 21.
There is more than one reason for the hype surrounding Kisna . Firstly, the movie is a big budget period drama starring Antonia Bernath , a Briton, and a host of other foreign actors. Secondly, the film is set in 1930s and tells the story of simple village guy who becomes the savior for a British girl.
Its maker Subhash Ghai has big plans for Kisna’s worldwide release on January 21.
The film will be released with 550 prints in India, with 75 prints in the U.S., 60 prints in U.K. and 30 prints in U.A.E.
Kisna has actor Vivek Oberoi playing the title role. The movie also introduces new girl Isha Sharwani .
