In a remarkable gesture of solidarity, a number of Bollywood stars rushed to be by the side of Juhi Chawla after the demise of her father last month.
Aamir Khan was among the first ones to rush to comfort Juhi in her time of bereavement. As soon as he learned about the demise of her father on February 15th he cancelled the script-reading session of his forthcoming flick, Rang De Basanti and immediately went to see her.
Aamir and Juhi had begun their acting career together with the 1980s hit Qayamat Se Qayamat Tak .
Later, on the chautha day, Amitabh Bachchan , Jaya Bachchan and their son Abhishek also met Juhi to offer their condolences.
Among other film personalities, Rishi Kapoor and Randhir Kapoor also commiserated with the actress.
