Rakhi Sawant’s bold scenes face censor problems

She has loads of oomph to set the screen on fire be it the big screen or the small screen. But now some bold scenes of Rakhi Sawant in a forthcoming film are facing problems with the censors.

Rakhi plays an actress in Deepak Tijori ‘s next film Khamosh, which also stars Shilpa Shetty and Juhi Chawla .

The film is loaded with some really hot scenes including one song piturised on Shilpa, in which she gyrates her skimpily dressed lucious figure to the full.

But the scenes that the censors are objecting include Rakhi’s much-talked about bathroom scene and a lovemaking scene.

Rakhi has shot for the bathroom scene with nothing more than just a tiny, transparent panty on. Though hardly anything has been revealed on the screen as the camera took the shot from behind a glass door, the censors are finding it too hot to handle.

The censor board, keeping in view the sexual content Khamosh, has granted an 'A' certificate even after the elimination of those explicit scenes.

But Tijori says that he wants an 'U/A' certificate if the scenes are tampered or will retain all the scenes if it's an 'A' certificate.

Tijori adds that the censor ill-treated him and kept him waiting for hours to give him the verdict that again was not in his favour. However the filmmaker says that he is not going to give way to the censors and has arranged for a second meeting with the examining committee. He has faith in the Regional Officer of the board who has promised him a fair trial.

Earlier too Tijori's film Oops! faced similar censor problems.
