The very look of Salman’s character in Saawan Kumar’s upcoming film Saawan - The Love Season says it all. His long, tousled hair, disheveled, unshaven look and glazed expression in eyes verily befit the character Salman plays in the film.
Another surprising thing we learn is that Salman would have almost negligible footage in the movie’s first half. He makes entry just minutes before the interval point. However, the second half is devoted to Salman. In the film, Salman plays a strange character who acquires an amazing quality to foresee future events after a near-death experience. Having come back from the very jaws of death, Salman acquires prescience that allows him to see calamities and unfortunate events that lie in future. In one such premonition, he makes a shocking prediction to the movie’s heroine Salloni Aswani. The movie’s promos show Salman as a quiet character with a serene expression on his face. ‘Saawan’ is set to release on April 7. Meanwhile, the actor recently visited the Golden Temple gurudwara in Amritsar to offer prayers. He would also shoot for Rajkumar Santoshi’s next movie ‘London Dreams’ at the holy shrine.
