Another reason was the sheer passion for films of Ram Gopal Varma , who himself directed the story of Bachchan in the film that also stars Ritesh Deshmukh .
“Now, what can one charge for just a day's work?” asks the ever humble superstar.
"Ramu keep surprising people by doing unexpected things. So when he asked me to do one segment, I agreed. I don't think I've done anything similar to this in the past," he adds.
Bachchan also admitted," Actually, I'm petrified of horror films in real life. Ramu's Bhoot , where a ghost kept appearing. I can't tell you how tormented I was for months afterwards. Every time I went to bed I imagined that woman from ‘Bhoot’ would appear from nowhere."
