Shiney Ahuja will be seen playing a key role in a film based on multiple personality disorder.
Slowly but steadily Shiney is carving his own niche in Bollywood. After critically acclaimed performances in films like Hazaron Khwaishein Aisi, Kal – Yesterday and Tomorrow and Gangster , Shiney is seen as an actor who can carry off intense roles with ease.
The latest news is that Shiney has been signed for one such role in a film titled Four . The movie’s unusual title is indicative of the multiple personalities of its main character.
The film will have Bengali beauty Raima Sen in the female lead.
The movie’s producer, Mejoo Khan, is said to be in talks with Jackie Shroff and Amrita Singh to play two other important roles in the film.
‘Four’ will be directed by Soumitra Ranade, who directed the children’s film Jajantaram Mamantaram. The film’s shooting is likely to begin in two months time.
Meanwhile, Shiney says he doesn’t want to get typecast in serious roles. That is why he is doing Zindagi Rocks with Sushmita Sen . In the film Shiney plays a doctor who falls in love with a rock singer.
