It is sad she is not enthused about Bollywood. She is seen on the US television in a Gibson Guitar advertisement shot by filmmaker Gurinder Chadha in India. Natasha is a model and a hostess who feels she is not in keeping with the Bollywood mould. 
Natasha, born to an Indian father and a Scottish-Russian mother, has acted in a short film called ‘Belly Button’ by British filmmaker David Hewitt. The film, a comedy about six strangers, has Natasha playing an Indian. On the Indian telly Natasha did a music video with singer Daler Mehendi and soon found out that Bollywood was not where she wanted to make her mark. So she learned drama and film production in New York. Now she is preparing to direct her first movie. The film will be in English language and will be set in India. Natasha says the film’s script is ready but the actors still need to be finalized. Meanwhile, Natasha was recently roped in to host the tv programme ‘The Great Indian Wedding’. Her very first assignment had her hosting the wedding of Vikram Chatwal with Priya in Udaipur early this year. Related Natasha Mago |
