The gorgeous Aishwarya Rai will soon be seen in roles that will be vastly different from each other.
Ash will soon be seen in four big films in quick succession.
The bonanza starts with J.P. Dutta ’s magnum opus Umrao Jaan that is scheduled to release on November 3, 2006.
Next in line is Yashraj Films ’ thriller Dhoom 2 that is scheduled to release on November 24, 2006.
It will be followed by Mani Ratnam 's Guru that is scheduled to release on December 22, 2006.
Finally, Ash will be seen in the $67 million Hollywood period action adventure The Last Legion , distributed by MGM and scheduled to hit the theatres on January 19, 2007.
What is interesting about Ash’s forthcoming films is that other than herself, nothing else is common in them.
All the films belong to different genres, her roles in them are diverse and the filmmakers that made them are a breed apart.
Speaking about the diversity of her roles in the forthcoming films Ash told a TV channel recently, "What's nice about these three films coming up is that each character is distinctly different. So while ‘Umrao Jaan’ is a courtesan a lot more ornate visually while ‘Dhoom 2’ is very contemporary and racy...something that you have not seen me do.”
So brace up to see Ash what you have never seen her doing before.
