The proverbial ‘serial kisser’ of Bollywood will exchange nuptial vows with his fiancée next month.
Time is drawing close to strike off yet another name from the list of Bollywood’s eligible bachelors. Emraan Hashmi is all set to tie the knot with his long-time girlfriend Parveen Shahani in December. The two had got engaged in April this year.
Grapevine has it that Emraan’s wedding day has been set on December 14. There will be a formal nikah according to Muslim rites followed by a registered marriage.
Before the wedding, there will be sangeet and mehendi ceremonies on Dec 12 and 13 respectively at Taj and J W Marriott hotels in Mumbai.
The marriage will most likely be a private affair to be attended by families, close friends and relatives of Emraan and Parveen.
The reception on Dec 15 will be a lavish event with invites to Bollywood celebrities, according to reports.
Preparations are already underway for the big day. Fashion designer Vikram Phadnis is said to be designing the clothes for the bride and groom.
Emraan, who has been shooting for movie The Train recently, is learnt to have kept most of December free of any professional commitments for his marriage and honeymoon.
The venue of his honeymoon will most likely be a beach resort.
