Tinsel tattle has it that the D actor, Randeep Hooda declined to shoot for a scene because of a shirt.
Randeep has been shooting for debutant director Arjun Bali’s movie Rubaru in Bangkok. Reports have it that when Randeep was filming a shot for the movie recently, he didn’t find the shirt (that he was given to wear) right for that particular sequence and this made him stop the shoot.
According to the actor, he is not throwing tantrums for clothes. The shirt he demanded was needed for right continuity in the film. Randeep’s stand was understood by officials in the production department, and the whole matter was settled amicably.
A shirt was reportedly flown from Delhi to Bangkok. Although the shot was delayed, it was eventually canned the same day.
‘Rubaru’ is Randeep’s first romantic film. It spotlights a modern day live-in relationship, and the entire story of the couple unfolds in 24 hours.
Meanwhile, Randeep is waiting for the release of his upcoming film Risk in which he plays a cop. The movie is likely to hit the theatres on 29th of December, 2006.
