Filmmaker Aziz Mirza’s comeback movie will feature the unusual jodi of Vidya Balan and Shahid Kapur .
Vidya Balan can arguably be called the most successful newcomer in Bollywood. All the three films she has acted in so far ( Parineeta , Lage Raho Munnabhai and Guru ) have found acceptance among the audience. Shahid, too, on the other hand, has begun to taste success. He was last seen playing a loverboy in Sooraj Barjatya’s successful Vivah .
Now, Aziz Mirza , who has been out of action for a long time because of a personal tragedy, has signed both Vidya and Shahid for his comeback film.
The movie will be a lighthearted romantic comedy. The genre is Mirza’s forte.
The filmmaker is hoping to begin shooting for his new film in April this year. However, he is presently avoiding revealing much about the project as it is still in pre-production stages.
