No, this is not a fantasy, but a scene that filmmaker Navdeep shot for his movie Manorama Six Feet Under . 
The interesting thing is that this scene was never a part of the movie's screenplay. It was adopted into the movie because one fine morning the film's shooting crew found themselves in thick fog. During the film's shooting schedule in a small town near Jaipur in Rajasthan, director Navdeep asked Abhay and Raima to report to the shooting location at 6 in the morning. When the entire cast and crew gathered to shoot early in the morning they found themselves in thick fog. They waited for as many as three hours for the fog blanket to lift. But when things continued to be hazy, director Navdeep hit upon an idea. He asked Raima to change into a sari and he gave Abhay a colourful shirt. The director had apparently decided to shoot a dream sequence in the fog. The trouble for the actors was that there were no choreographers nor was there any accompanying music to guide them in their movements. So Abhay and Raima did a spontaneous act. Abhay emerged from the fog and ran after Raima who blushed like the heroines in 1960s used to do. It's still not clear whether director Navdeep will finally include this sequence in his movie.
