Actress Amisha Patel is quite an avid reader of books.
Ask Amisha to recommend you a book and she will have a list of international bestsellers to suggest. One of Amisha’s favourite books is Kahlil Gibran’s ‘The Prophet’, which Amisha says she can read again and again.
Amisha is also fond of Paulo Coelho’s books. His ‘The Alchemist’ is one of her favourites. And recently she finished Coelho’s ‘Like A Flowing River’.
Amisha says what appeals to her the most about literature is when extraordinary stories are told in simple language.
In fact, some friends of Amisha are already encouraging her to put her thoughts on paper so that she can come up with a book someday.
Amisha admits she does intend to write a book someday. But she wants to fulfill her other hobbies as well.
Nowadays, Amisha is obsessed with her new computer and she spends her free time surfing the net and chatting with friends.
