Bollywood actress Mahima Chaudhary has been blessed with a baby girl.
Mahima reportedly gave birth to a healthy baby girl on Sunday just minutes before noon at Mumbai’s Leelavati Hospital. Her husband Bobby Mukherjee, an architect, was by her side when the baby came.
Mahima and Bobby had married in March this year in a very low-key ceremony in Las Vegas. It is clear that Mahima was pregnant at the time of marriage. In fact, the marriage remained a secret to media for a long time, leading to many speculations when Mahima was spotted with a huge tummy.
Bobby says he is very happy to have a baby girl from Mahima. He already has two sons from his previous marriage.
While the newborn girl is said to be healthy, there are no confirmed reports about Mahima’s well being. Some sources are quoted as saying that she is sick and under medical care.
The baby’s name will be decided in the coming days.
